New Jersey born and raised, Marie-Elena Cronin, DMD earned her bachelor degree from Villanova University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Dr. Cronin then went on to earn her dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She was nominated to the highest dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Cronin liked her experience so much that she stayed at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine to complete her orthodontic residency as well. She received the Jerome H. Sklaroff award in recognition of excellence in scholarship and leadership. Dr. Cronin is a member of the American Dental Association and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Cronin is passionate about orthodontics and creating beautiful, healthy smiles. In her free time, Dr. Cronin loves trying new restaurants and foods, cheering on the Philadelphia sports teams, traveling, reading novels, and spending time outdoors.
